Biografía
[editar]Raota nació el 26 de abril de en Resistencia, Provincia del Chaco, en el seno de una familia de agricultores. Sus padres, granjeros, no esperaban otra cosa de él que una continuidad en el trabajo de la tierra. Cuando aún era muy joven ya sus ambiciones iban más allá de la agricultura, por lo que salió de su pueblo natal a descubrir el mundo. Se muda a la ciudad de Santa Fe de la Veracruz, que fue la primera parada en su viaje. En ese lugar adquiere las primeras nociones de fotografía y decide vender su bicicleta para adquirir una cámara fotográfica. Y es así como comienza a ganarse la vida: haciendo fotos de carnet.

At a very young it is learnt that Pedro has sold his bicycle to buy his first lly he started doing passport photos and this was where he had learnt the alphabets of photography.
So how was he considered to be one of the most important photographers of all time. It was his fantastic talent for capturing the human spirits with the decisive moment almost all the time. Pedro Luis Raota () was an Argentinian photographer.
At a young age he sold his bicycle to buy a camera, determined to learn the art of photography. He quickly took up portrait photography in Santa Fe de la Vera Cruz and later moved to Villaguary where he enthusiastically set up his own studio. Since his first recognition in , he won over international awards and honors for his exceptional work in the humanitarian genre.
His photographs have been exhibited at the Museum of Modern Art in New York and are included in public and private collections around the world.
