He played Phillip "Lip" Gallagher in the comedy-drama series Shameless (–) and chef Carmen "Carmy" Berzatto in the comedy-drama series The Bear (–present). For the latter, he received three consecutive Golden Globe Awards and two Primetime Emmy Awards.
