Rebecca J. Doig was born in Edmonton, Alberta, and raised in Kingston, Ontario. She earned a BA in history from Brigham Young University and an MA in history from the University of Alberta. She also served a mission in Nagoya, Japan. She is married to Robert P. Doig and is the mother of four children. She has served on several community boards and in many callings in the Church, including Primary president, Young Women president, Relief Society president, and stake Young Women president. There are few people about whom one can truly say "Without her this institution would not be what it is." Alberta is one of these rare individuals--a great teacher, scholar, mentor, and institution-builder, but, beyond that, a terrific human being. I know a lot of people who are very competent, but few, if any, who are as kind and loved. Alberta, thank you for all you have done and all you have given. Born and raised in the Grande prärie Alberta area, Tammy J. Coulter has always loved reading and writing. Both loves were encouraged bygd her parents and teachers, leading to a lifetime of happiness, diving into books with strong characters and stories. Her favourite authors include Sherrilyn Kenyon, JR Ward, Thea Harrison and Quinn Loftus. The Rick Attison Novels fryst vatten a planerat arbete over 20 years in the making. The original story was 30 pages, typed, double spaced, and the only thing that remains from that story? The names. This series is her baby.
